Martial arts has always been more than a sport or hobby for me—it’s been a way of life. My journey began in elementary school when I faced a challenge many of us can relate to: bullying. I wasn’t afraid to stand my ground in a fair fight, but the bully I faced rarely came alone. It was clear I needed something more than courage—I needed skill and discipline.
That’s when I discovered martial arts.

My first practice was in wushu, a beautiful and disciplined art that taught me focus and control. As I grew older, my passion only deepened. In junior high, I transitioned to karate, honing my strength and precision. High school brought new challenges and new arts—I dabbled in boxing, testing my grit, and capoeira, embracing its rhythm and creativity. By university, I found myself immersed in taekwondo, a dynamic and powerful discipline. And now, as a working adult, I’ve found a new love in kickboxing, a high-energy practice that keeps me moving forward.
Through every stage of life, martial arts has been my anchor. But adulthood comes with its own set of challenges. As someone working long hours in the kitchen, from morning to night, I found it increasingly difficult to make time for the gym or dojo. Yet, my love for martial arts remained unwavering.
This struggle became the seed of inspiration for Naga.
